Morris & Garritano (M&G) wanted a new website to help them attract quality talent and customers. As a growing company, the agency needs a pipeline of talent. They wanted a new website to attract prospective employees. Thus, new job seekers had to be able to find information about what it’s like to work at M&G. Increasing candidate conversions (application submissions) was a top priority for a new website. Additionally, Morris & Garritano wanted a new site to provide educational resources to customers and prospects and enhance self-service options to improve the customer experience. In sum, a new site had to showcase the agency, services, resources and illustrate value as a partner and employer.
The new site looks great and loads fast on desktop and mobile devices. It is full of smooth animations, high-impact imagery and the intuitive architecture makes it easy to navigate. Since the site is powered by WordPress with the premium Divi Visual Builder, it’s also incredibly simple to manage content and media. Visitors can quickly find information about products, the business and they also have access to helpful resources. The website follows design and development best practices, so it is responsive, WCAG accessibility compliant and it is SEO ready. We continue to work with Morris & Garritano as we provide WordPress maintenance and security to ensure that the site stays free of malware and runs efficiently.
