Stanford Energy Club
Stanford Energy Club (SEC) attempts to streamline connections among organizations by providing a gateway for interested students and professionals to learn about energy related organizations and their events. The Stanford Energy Club is the central hub connecting the energy sub-communities at Stanford University.
The Stanford club lacked a cohesive brand and organized digital presence. We needed to find a way to speak to SEC's diverse constituent group both on and offline. The club required a new brand and website that brings together Stanford students, scholars and local professionals of all levels, regardless of discipline, who are interested in energy issues. It was important for the club to sign up new members and deliver information online and at hosted events.
This project required a ground-up redesign and rebrand from the organizational identity to the website. We worked closely with SEC to develop a new logo and favicon, branding guidelines, print and digital marketing materials. The centerpiece of the project was the content management system driven website which features a picture-in-picture adjustable home page slide show, custom inner-page header design, custom modules and API integration.
